By placing an order over the phone, e-mail or web site, the client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of Professional Cleaner UK which is the trading name of T&M Cleaning Service.

The minimum hours per week are 2 hours.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

The customer understands that he/she is not entitled to any refunds.

If the customer is not completely satisfied with a cleaning job, T&M Cleaning Service will re-clean any areas and items to customer’s satisfaction. Therefore customer must allow the cleaner to be returned.

Customer must be present at all times during the recovery-clean. T&M Cleaning Service reserves the right not to return a cleaner more than once.

COMPLAINTS
In the event of you being dissatisfied with the service you have received from T&M Cleaning Service, you should contact the office within 24 hours. Complaints are accepted verbally over the phone and in writing (letter or e mail). Complaints must be reported on completion or in the following 24-hours.

CARPETS
The Company reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the client’s original requirements change.

Normally your carpets will be dry in about 5 hours after completion of the cleaning service.

However in some cases where extensive treatment due to a heavily stained carpet has been provided the drying process may take longer than 5 hours.

T&M cleaning service will not be responsible for failing to remove old permanent stains that cannot be removed using normal carpet cleaning methods.

The client is recommended to check the quality of the cleaning work carried out immediately after completion of the work.

The Company shall provide all cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment necessary to carry out the service.

The Client must provide running water, electricity and sufficient light at the premises where the service takes place.

The Client accepts and understands that poor service, damage or theft must be reported within 24 hours from the service date. Failure to do so will entitle Client to no refunds or recovery cleanings as the Company will not consider any complaints which are notified after such period of 24 hours.

ONE – OFF CLEANING / SPRING CLEANING
The Company reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the client’s original requirements change.

Customer may cancel the scheduled cleaning job at least 24 hours prior to the agreed start time by telephone and confirm in writing by email/post/hand delivery.

Customer agrees to pay 20% of total order value cancellation fee per cleaner if the customer cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Minimum duration of 4 hours per cleaning visit applies.

If the customer does not have cleaning detergents, The Company will supply all necessary cleaning detergents for additional charge per hour.

The customer is advised that an end of tenancy cleaning may take double the length of time required for a general cleaning. After Builders Cleaning, After Party Cleaning or Badly neglected homes may take up to three times longer than a well maintained home requiring general cleaning.

END OF TENANCY CLEANING
The Company reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the client’s original requirements change.

If collection of keys is required from a location outside the postal code area of the cleaning scheduled, £10 charge will apply.

Customer agrees to pay 40% of the quote as a cancellation fee in the event of a lock-out caused by our cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; no water or power available at customer’s premises; or problem with customer’s keys.

If an initial deposit has been paid to T&M cleaning service then the customer agrees that deposit funds may be used to cover the cancellation fee.

The standard end of tenancy cleaning service does not include cleaning of walls, ceilings, curtains, balconies, patios, exterior windows, washing up or laundry. The property must be vacated.

The customer is advised that an end of tenancy cleaning may take double the length of time required for a general cleaning. After Builders Cleaning, After Party Cleaning or Badly neglected homes may take up to three times longer than a well maintained home requiring general cleaning.

CANCELLATION
Customer may cancel a scheduled cleaning visit/s by giving at least 24 hours advanced notice by telephone and confirm in writing by email/post/hand delivery. Customer may terminate the whole service by giving two weeks (14 days) advanced notice in writing by email/post/hand delivery and specifying the last cleaning date.

INSURANCE
We are insured for public liability.

All our staff will endeavour to treat your home and possessions with the greatest care.

PAYMENT
Payment is due prior to service commencement in the form of a bank transfer / standing order.

We reserve the right to cancel services without notice due to declined credit card transactions or non-cleared funds.

Payment is requested on completion of the service.

REFUNDS
No refund claims will be entertained once the cleaning service has been carried out.

Refund will be issued only if the Client has cancelled a cleaning visit within the allowed time (24 hours) prior to the start of the cleaning session and a payment has been already taken by the Company.

Refund will be issued if a cleaning operative does not attend a cleaning visit, payment for which has been already collected by the Company.

Same Team

TEAM
We do endeavour to provide the same cleaning team where appropriate or requested. However this may not always be possible due to holidays, absences, varying cleaning frequencies & other commitments.

LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England, and Wales.
